Natalia is a documentary filmmaker, screenwriter, and consultant. Born in the Beskid Mountains, she has lived and worked in Chile, Bolivia, France, and now splits her time between London and Warsaw. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in fine arts from the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School, where she graduated with distinction for outstanding artistic achievements. Currently, Natalia is pursuing a PhD in humanities, theology, and arts at the Doctoral School of the University of Silesia. She also leads documentary workshops and lectures at the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School. Her research project, “Strategies for the Coexistence of Anthropological and Artistic Cinema,” focuses on the narrative language of visual arts.

Natalia made her debut with the short film The Dam (2018), which garnered numerous awards, including at Fipadoc, Go Short Nijmegen, and New Horizons. The Dam was screened at over 50 festivals and continues to air on Polish Television as well as the French platform TENK. Her medium-length film Postcards from the Verge (2023) premiered at IDFA and has been featured at festivals such as Makedox, Women Make Waves, and others. Natalia participated in the EX Oriente program and won the Grand Prix for Best Project Pitch at the East Doc Platform Forum in Prague in 2022. She has also presented her films at numerous industry events, including Fipadoc Industry, DocsBarcelona Public Pitch Forum, and Jihlava.
