That’s why I gravitate toward sports and outdoor work—they’re fast, unpredictable, and there’s no second take. You have to be fully present. I try not to over-direct or over-explain. I prefer to be in challenging environments with people who care deeply about what they’re doing. Then all you need is to stay attentive.
